These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of our products. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The products

The books sold on this site are printed books. Each copy is printed to order and shipped to the delivery address you give at checkout. The photos of the book and of its pages show the printed edition you receive.

Some orders also include a digital bonus: a separate book in PDF format, included free. The digital bonus is delivered electronically and is never printed or shipped.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the site and depend on the number of copies and the binding you choose. Shipping is a flat fee per order, shown before you pay. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at the time of purchase. Prices may change at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Printing & delivery

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Your books go to print after your payment is confirmed and are shipped with tracking; we email you the tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. If we can't ship your order within 30 days, we will let you know and you may cancel it for a full refund.

The digital bonus is available right after your payment is confirmed, from your order page and from the link in your confirmation email.

Returns, replacements & refunds

Because every copy is printed especially for you, we don't accept returns for a change of mind. If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, we send you a new one at no cost. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.

Your use of the content

The printed book is yours to keep, write in and give as a gift. The digital bonus is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use: you may not copy, resell, redistribute or share it publicly. All content, including text, puzzles, illustrations and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Our books are puzzle fiction, provided for entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page; the version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
